Calisthenics was born from a personal journey to build strength and consistency in calisthenics training. After struggling to maintain a regular workout routine and track progress effectively, I wanted to create something that would make daily exercise more engaging and measurable.

The app focuses on the fundamentals of calisthenics - push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and planks - with a simple 90-day challenge format. No complex equipment needed, just your body and determination. The clean, minimalist design removes distractions and helps you focus on what matters: showing up every day and getting stronger.
