Calisthenics is designed with a zero-data collection philosophy.

No Account Required: We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.

No Personal Metrics: We do not have access to your fitness level, weight, or any health data you might use to track your progress.

No Tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking pixels to monitor your behavior.

To provide the core experience of the 90-day challenge, the app stores certain information locally to keep you on track.

Local Storage Only: All progress data, including completed workout days, specific exercises performed, streak counts, and earned badges, is saved exclusively on your device.

Reminders: If you choose to set workout reminders, these notifications are scheduled and triggered locally by your device's operating system. We do not store your notification preferences or schedules on any server.

No Cloud Transmission: Your workout history and milestones are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services. If you delete the app, your local progress data will be removed.

Because we prioritize your privacy, Calisthenics does not share data with third parties for advertising, data mining, or behavioral tracking.

Payment Processing: If the app offers a premium tier, all financial transactions are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account information. Please refer to the privacy policy of your respective app store for details on how they manage payment data.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. However, our commitment to keeping your data on-device will remain a core principle. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
