Springbok
iPhone
Springbok is for workouts that need structure without a spreadsheet. You name a timer, add work sets with durations, define rest periods, and assign rest after every work set or only after the sets you choose. A preview shows the full sequence before you start.
During a session the screen stays awake, work and rest steps use clear color, and you can pause, scrub the ring, or jump to a later step. When you leave the app, a Live Activity and home screen widget keep the current step visible. Haptics and a short chime mark each transition.
Timers are saved with SwiftData on your iPhone. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no analytics.
In the app
Build timers. Work sets and rest sets with labels and durations. Drag to reorder, assign rest rules per work set or in bulk, and preview the full sequence.
Run a session. Large countdown, play and pause, scrub the progress ring, restart, or jump to any step from a list.
Live Activity and widget. See the active step on the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, and a home screen widget. Controls from the widget or Live Activity stay in sync with the app.
On the device. Saved timers live in local storage on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes them. Nothing is uploaded to Terrace.
